Ok, I'm the first to advise people to consider how THEIR actions could have affected any accident they have, and I don't usually buy the "it's all everyone elses fault" that a lot of folks spout, but in the case of being rear ended? WTF?

What was his justification for it?

In a case of a biker slamming the anchors on, or doing a stoppy without checking mirrors fair enough, but sat at a junction and you get hit can't possibly be your fault!
