Nah....surely better to pass your test. Then hopefully you will have third party insurance on other bikes, so you can borrow one to ride around on.
Hopefully the weather will improve in time for your test, it was bloody cold out there today. Having said that, even though it was near freezing, i found the roads to be really grippy.
