quick update. day 10, still no sign of no2's (where does it all go?) have had supp up there to no avail, looks like i will end up with an enema . on the plus side, the physioterrorists have been an i have walked (quite painfully) to the end of th ward and back. i cant put weight on my right leg and the surgeon has said it i going to take some time to heal, but it's getting more promising day by day
