I decided my swingarm bearings are overdue a service- I realised a while back that I never did it at the last big service, just the linkages, so I decided to get it done today. The LHS bearing was completely solid, spacer was basically welded in, when I knocked the spacer out the bearing came with it. No wonder the suspension's been feelin a bit odd!

Luckily I had a spare swingarm with new bearings and spacers... But let this be a lesson, this is something that always gets overlooked, and it needs doing from time to time.
