Luckily I had a spare swingarm with new bearings and spacers... But let this be a lesson, this is something that always gets overlooked, and it needs doing from time to time.

If you run as much oil on your chain as I do, there is no chance at all that any of the suspension bearings could ever seize!!
I never strip the swing arm to grease it ... too much hassle!!
