Sadly warm soapy water may not be enough (been there and tried that), carefully peel off the insert, glue will be left behind, acetone/spirit type stuff and a lot of cotton wool (so as not to scratch the visor) to remove the glue

To be honest its what I ended up doing but then I did the insert correctly the 2nd time, new visor and FC
Learnt a lesson about not being a cheapskate in the first place cause I'd attached the first FC to an older visor
