Both front calipers are now rebuilt, seals were fine, but it literally looked like the seal cavities had been filled with chalk.
120psi to pop them out, that's a personal record!
Shock and linkages etc. are back in, As is the exhaust, with copperslipped stainless studs this time. Maybe next time the system needs to move then they'll come off!
The polished forks look lovely, and now have hagon springs and 15w oil
