Sound slike things are on the up - which is good news.
I second the opinion of foot stamping though - if your hand doesn't feel right, complain loud and long that it doesn't feel right.
Do everything they tell you to do sure, but still let any difficulties be known. It's never a case of
'They all do that sir' it's your hand, you know what it should damn well feel like.
