That will do the majority of stuff, but not things like Axels.

See my point about cheap tools in TM's thread tho.

Draper wrenches have come up in the past, and have been deemed as suitable if not great.

Draper would be, in my opinion, the very lowest spec/price one to go for.

Cheap tools are a false economy.

Look through the service/Hanes manuals in the Torque section it will list all torques for the bike, use that as a guide as to whether you will be getting the correct Torque range.
