did a sponsored walk today with my work for cancer, walked the canal from Wolverhampton to kinver in 5 hours, looks like me managed to raise about 500-600 pounds in sponsor money, the downer to the day was a guy we were with collapsed at about the 8 mile mark and sadly died
sad because 4 months ago he lost his wife to cancer and was doing the walk for her, brave chap wouldn't give up. RIP to him.
