There was I blaming the French PM and his Madam(oiselle)'s state visit for the atrocious traffic in and around Whitehall this morning only to be told by one of the guards on the front gate that there had been a nasty accident - fatality
- at the top of Whitehall, Trafalger Square end, invoving a biker.
Hope all the orgers who come in to town are OK
