This is the end of my good tube.Hopefully you can see the lip that's holding the shuttle in. You need to grind that of with a file / angle grinder (I used a drill with wheel) it's quite thin and only takes a few minutes.
Shove it out the bottom, it might be tight but shouldn't be too difficult. I dropped a big socket inside then gave it a shake slide hammer style like when you split the forks. If you've got something long enough you could just give the socket a thump.
