I'm pretty sure it does, but just had to hunt around to check - Ecover washing up liquid definitely does - they seem to be about the only brand who are willing to 'fess up their ingredients list:

Whether the quantities are anything to worry about is a different matter which I can't answer though.
My solution is to allow a protective layer of grime to build up and coat your bike. It's worked for me
