Have ridden the B5105 twice today and can report the council have been out patching the road. They have done a right shoddy job resulting in loose gravel all over the road, often on bends. The gravel is black tar coloured and looks like a decent surface until you start skating about on it!

If you go out on the Cerrigydrudion to Ruthin road, look out for these dark patches and avoid!
