open the back doors and look jin the middle just above the bumper. Theres a hole there and you need a winding handle with a square end to stich in there and turn it and it will drop the wheel doen on a cable. IF its not been off ever then there is a metal gubbins that fits throught the round hole in the wheel centre which is usually held on with a plastic clip and usually rust welded to the wheel. Careful whihc way you wind it as its not ggod if you wind it the wrong way as you can bre4ak the cable or the plastic mechanism.
There should be a folding winding handle on the van somewhere but if not you'll either need to get a square ended thing or go to a ford parts place to buy one about 25 quid as I recall.
