I think they come as a pair, well they do if you get them from M&P but if you're going to use both horns you'll need to wire in a relay to handle the extra juice. I've not had any experience with Hootaz but to me they look a bit cheap and nasty. I bought twin Fiamm horns from Halfwits for ?15, you get 1 high and 1 low tone horn and the relay with instructions and they mount nicely to the top brackets of the rad
