Click Start, Click Run, then in the box type "cmd" without the quotes. Hit OK. A black window appears. Type "tracert www.facebook.com" (again, without the quotes) then hit enter.
Copy & paste the results, but basically, you should see something 2 hops from the end that says FACEBOOK-IN..... That's the Facebook gateway. If you can't resolve that far, then you need to call your ISP. Or wait for someone else to call them.
