It's a Canon 400D which has an sensor cleaner, I'll check the lens tonight to look for spots though  |
they wont be on your lens they are on the sensor
trust me i know it happened on my 20d. i figured out a way to clean it all off though. got a straw and taped it to the hoovers smallest nozle and then hovered about 1mm over the sensor (careful not to touch it) and keep the hoover well away. it worked for me
