I just wanted to say a quick hello as i nose around the boards for the 1st time. They seem ace, so i hope to spend lots more time on here (probably asking bone, newbie questions. Sorry in advance!)
I am now the proud owner of a brand new SV650S Sport K8. My first 'big' bike. I don't have anything to compare the SV to apart having ridden a 125 since i passed my test 4 years ago, but i absolutely love it! I was looking at 2nd hand CBR600s and ZX6Rs but took the advice of a couple of friends & colleagues who raved about owning SVs and i am SO glad i listened to them!
I'll probably be sad enough to post some pictures at the weekend, even though you all know what one looks like! Its black with the red seat. Have already fitted the seat cowl, my tail tidy arrived this week and hopefully R&Gs will arrive next week. Will prob wait til 1st service for an end can.... if i can be that patient!!
So that was my long-winded way of saying hello! I get carried away thinking about my new bike, sorry!
