Default Re: freeview

I guess itn depends where you are, I have my freeview running of a stand alone ariel, but I have signal boster onto top that beore it hits the freeview box, which for works about 95% of the time.

So I would look at a signal boster, but can't say for sure that will work. Can always check with the neighbours see what set up they have and works for them.

The best thing as said is run a cable from the main antanne, however you may need to run a singnal booster as the signal can degrade so you need to boost it (thus increasing the gain on the signal)

Either option should work, however the main unit is always best, its on list of jobs of here to fix that along some other stuff. I have yet to install the freeview in the lounge in new house, to be honest I would rather ride the bike than watch TV.
