That's what I was thinking. I'm not trying to dodge the blame or consequences for speeding, I was speeding at the point I saw the police car, I can't nor wouldn't deny that. However, I honestly wasn't caning it to the extent the speedo was bouncing - because at that point it would have read 110 - which I may have accepted a 101ph speed gun reading.
I wasn't gunning it that much, I really wasn't, unless I simply misjudged the rate I was picking up speed on the downhill.
Either way, it's not looking (or feeling I should probably mention) good at this moment in time.
As for the license for work, I need it to both get to work and for work - I often get hauled in to drive the delivery pick up (despite being the sole IT person there!), thus lowering my value as an employee.
