I've got a pair of EBC Pro-lites on mine, and they look the bees knees. You can get a wavey pair for about £30 more - I paid something like £200 for my pair of discs, but these were at a bit of a discount.
Pads-wise, go with some EBC HH Sintered...plenty of stopping power, very easy to apply tiny amounts of pressure for fine control, slightly pricier than normal pads, but you're looking at brakes here, not something you'd want to skimp on unless you've got an excessive love of hedges
