anna, if you're looking for a cheaper quote, definitely phone them.
i had a particular problem recently, a bike that was never produced for use on the road, and it also had no registration number, only a chassis number, i needed insurance in order to get the bike registered and finding an insurer who would insure a bike that they didn't recognise, that had no registration number (yet) and was owned by a 23yo bloke was difficult to say the least
MCE Insurance understood exactly what i needed and the guy on the phone couldn't have been more helpful, Carole Nash and Bikesure seemed far more "big company" and although they could provide quotes it was very "computer says no" - they obviously didn't understand the bike and the process, and their quotes were about double those that MCE gave me
but i digress...
