http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7b2Du4fx_4U is a review. All the reviews ive read
have been good and in the MCN shootout it was faster around the track than the
990SM and only a little slower than the Ducati Hypermotard. Considering its
£1500 less then id say thats BRILLIANT!

Many reviews say the 186kg thing sounds wrong because it feels more like 168kg.
Why it is so heavy I dont know! Wierd.

IMO a VERY nice bike that will be easier to ride than the bigger Ducati and KTM.
I might even try to get out on one for a laugh
it's heavy because it's derived from a road bike design, and not a MX design or a straight supermoto design, you can see it in things like the oil filter being right in the zone where it'll get smashed the first time it gets hit

it might be fast round a normal track, but if you took it to a supermoto track unless you put an expert on it amongst a bunch of amateurs it'd suffer badly, all the weight trying to wrestle round corners would knacker you, and the short suspension travel would mean you'd probably snap something on the jumps

of course all those criticisms can also be levelled at the 950 and the hypermotard, because none of them are really supermotos in the true spirit of what supermoto really is. i ride with a guy on a 950SM and it's a stunning road bike, but it's no proper supermoto
