Re: Bt-021
I've just done 1212 miles on my bt021's on the Glencoe massacar run
I ran them at 36 psi front 42 rear to start with, hated that so dropped them down to 33/36 they were better
In the dry they have a fair amount of grip, not loads on confidence insipring grip, but enough to think "i'm supprised I made that"
In the wet thay are awful, hate them!
Turn in, then i feel them glide, like I'm not connected to the road, all confidence goes, bike stands up, then I carn't get the thought out of my head on every other corner "will they grip?"
as for life? after 1212 miles, you cannot tell they are worn at all
they are what they say they are! touring tyres, take them for nothing else.
If you don't want a hoon/lean angles on unpredicable surfaces, give them a go. If you do, look elsewere
I don't want touring tyres anymore, I want some grip, pilot sports I love for grip but not for life span, but I will buy more pilot sports but no BT021's
Rant over!
