Does anyone know how much a new battery for a pointy will cost?

The battery on my bike was dodgy to say the least as soon as I bought it (previous owner had not used the bike for a while), and since my 'off' nobody bothered to turn the bike off so the battery is as dead as it could be! I have put it on charge today (as I want the alarm to be working while it sits about waiting for me to fix it), but I fully expect that the battery will need replacing.
