The SV (if it's a UK model) has carb heaters that should prevent carb icing, trouble is that the sensor has a habit of not being in the best place[1] and if you're not carefull it'll sit somewhere a tadge warmer than ambient.

[1] It's just loose, from memory it's a black D shape, around the size of a pound coin and normally sits around the right front of the frame.
