Hello,

I'm interested in buying an SV650 (naked version), X reg, 2000, unknown mileage. Apart from the Blue Flame end can and missing pillion handle, its standard.

I did a search to find out if there are any specific problems with this year of SV but not much came up.

I was wondering, for this year of SV, are they any specific issues? Anything specific which should be checked over?

Also, I ride all year round in every sort of weather, does the SV have any problems related to riding in the rain? any electrical issues? I read that someone had a problem with the regulator/rectifier, is this common?
