3/8" socket set which you can buy from argos will do.
Pound set of allen keys,screwdrivers and a hammer and that will be your lot. Oh and a pot of copper grease and WD40 because suzuki bolts suck.
With those tools alone you should be able to do 90% of jobs but as you go on you'll find a 1/4" socket set and 1/2" socket set, allen sockets a lot more useful too.
But seeing as you can do brake caliper stuff, get the side panels off and remove levers if need be then you can do basic repairs with the basic tools.
Start with a basic kit and buy stuff as and when you need it, i'm now up to all 3 socket sets, magneto pullers and power tools.
