Was with a GSXR front, can't drop mine at all though as it would lead to the radiator and mudguard making friends on full compression.

Funnily enough, a different rear shock (SRAD750 first, then ZX6R), both of which are longer than stock seem to make it less flappy over bumps, and in bumpy corners (lots of those locally...)
