Thanks guys, I've no problem with getting it done properly (in the first instance at least...) to get the certificates etc.

If everything pans out as I'm expecting, it'll remain restricted until about January next year anyway <muffled sobbing...> by which time she'll hopefully have bought herself something of her own.

If, theoretically, I DON'T get banned, then if I can remove & refit the washers whenever I want to use the bike then we're laughing.
