Re: 1 Man and a Paddock Stand
Bike on sidestand and in gear to stop it rolling, stand behind bike and lift it almost upright with left hand on the grabrail while manouvering the stand under with right. Locate hooks on swingarm bobbins and settle both paddock stand wheels on the floor. Gently push down on paddock stand to make sure the bobbins are located correctly and that the bike is steady and pulling itself vertical, then push down all the way.
This whole process is made much easier when using chunky tapered bobbins such as R+G ones, as the hooks tend to locate easier in them and they push the hooks away from the swingarm to stop it getting scratched as they swing round.
