Morning!

I seem to be having problems with my starter relay which is making my bike cut out.
Yesterday my bike would not start and after pulling wires etc, etc I gave my starter relay (the green box) a tap and everything fired up. It looks like I have a loose connection either into or from the relay and when it is tapped it switches everything on.

The only thing is on the way to work today when I turned on my headlights it cut everything out again and after tapping the relay everything can back on.

I was wondering if the loose connection could be whats making it cut out when I turn on the headlights and when I'm just riding along as witnessed by Dizzy & Interceptor or if it might be something to do with my battery & charging system also??
