If it's big ends then the only way it's not going to be epic fail is if you're a lucky git and it's only knackered the shells and not the crank. Only way to do it is to pull it to bits and have a look. It's engine out and split time though.
In this case I don't think a video will help as it could be another sort of rumble. Needs somebody wise in such matters to go have a listen in person really.
