Every time the doorbell rang my dog would jump up at the window and bark furiously.

One day I was painting the front door and the dog was lying on the front lawn sunning himself. I accidently hit the doorbell with the brush and he jumped up..raced past me into the house.... and jumped up at the front window to start barking
