It's pointless asking, kit will be completely different. Stroke is different, fork is USD not RWU, cartridge damped not damper rod.

Suffice to say a spring rate not stupidly high will allow front end to feel less harsh and more compliant and let bike handle as well as it should. I seem to remember you've got a purdy fancy rear shock on it? Nitron was it?

Personally I'd give maxton a ring and see what they can do. They know their stuff and will certainly supply you with springs of correct rate and matching spacers and oil.
