Neio isn't stupid, he's an NCO in the army and you don't get stripes on your arm by disobeying the rules. He knew the rules and knew exactly what he was doing, and to be perfectly truthful, seeing him dig his own grave here gave me a bit of a giggle. Seeing that people are going out of their way to make themselves look like even bigger ar$es by defending him is giving me an even bigger giggle.
