It will be. I've had a few boxes now and not once did they ask for proof of purchase. Just give them the serial number and they tale care of the rest. Jut as well as my Elite might be on the way out now. Darn it. Ah well, maybe I can time it right and get the new box with the new 65nm gfx core.
