I have some Daytona Ladystar boots, like Luckypants said, these specifically are made with an inbuilt sole and make me approx 3" taller and enable me to put my foot down better. I have the lowered seat also which give me 1cm extra (not alot) but the seat is cut out a little so your legs sit closer to the bike and changing foot on floor position.

Lastly, I think the black framed pointys are a little lower than the silver K3 and K4 models so may be worth trying a newer bike. PM me if you need any more help !
