Corroded starter relay? Look to see if the tab of metal from the live on the relay to the 30 amp fuse is going or gone green. As you load the bike it load this point as your live connections run through there, clocks go mental as the corroded tab can't supply the required voltage.
The relay is on the right side behind the saddle shutter (black triangle), you can cross the connection from the live to the fuse or get a new relay, a new one is best as they can rot from the inside out.
