No, CBR are seen as an upgrade for SV reg recs. Funnily I remember a conversation in Spannermans garage, it went along the lines of...

"SV reg/recs on SV's are sh1te
CBR reg/recs are also sh1te on a CBR, however, put it on an SV and it'll last almost forever."
