Hello all, I suppose I should start of by introducing myself my name is Jason I'm 19 and live in the south-west of Cornwall, I've been reading most of your topics and going through them and I must say I know more about my bike now than I had first thought.
I have passed my A2 bike test (33 bhp restriction
) and own a 2001 Y reg suzuki sv650s 25K milage fully faired beast, I've not had a good start to my biking life when I purchased it almost 4 months ago the seller was not as forth-coming as he could have been about the history of the bike.
But after a LOT of money and time off the road I've got her back in running order.
I do have a couple of perks since having it back from the garage is it normal for this particullar SV model to have a poping sound when idel or at low revs? And also has anyone ever experianced engine cutting when in neautral or on tickover?
