Heres a tip for you Plowsie - live for today, not for tomorrow.
Your bike will add (in the big picture) VERY little to your house buying aspirations, but deprive you of the fun etc you will have if you keep it.
And if you do sell, well in 6 months when you are really missing it and have to go out and buy another one, well thats when you have lost money.
Only sell up if you are sick of bikes and NEVER want another one.
