Right, I'm thinking over a weekend away with the Mrs sometime in the next couple of months. What I'm ideally looking for is a nice country pub somewhere that does B&B, decent bar meals and a good pint and is within approx 100 miles or so of West Yorkshire as I don't want to have to travel miles to get there. Somewhere were we can go for a pleasant walk (not huge distances) and there are a few nice places to visit round about.

I'm also after ideas for location. I've been to both the dales & the lakes quite a bit over the years, so those are out as I fancy a change.

Any suggestions?
