Yes, the wemoto kit is good. Contains all the rubber parts of the calipers, and not just the piston seals. As you say, also includes a tub of red grease equivalent (actually pink in this IIRC
).
As to compatibility with other bikes, yes lots of other bikes share the same size/type of caliper seals. I once ordered some Suzuki ones and was given official Honda parts! They were exactly the same size/type as the Suzuki ones.
