Not a pub, but Auntie Ruths Diner is on the A5 at Hinckley. Its next to a Ford garage, just before the island that joins with the A47, about 2 miles after the the M69 roundabout. Its set back from the road and has a big car park, you cant miss it.
They do good grub if thats what your after
