I think this article highlights the fact that its not bikes that are dangerous, its the rider.
Anyone who is riding beyond their limits and without due care and attention, and appropriate observation, can kill themselves on their bike. Even if its a push bike.
On the other hand, anyone who is riding within their limits, with due care an attention, and apropriate observation, has an excellent chance of surviving any and every motorcycle ride, even if the bike they ride is huge and powerfull.
