- it's nowhere on the BBC news website (possibly buried under a mountain of Jade Goody stories) or prominently touted to the media, i heard it late last night on the R4 news at midnight
If they were planning on burying other news with it they'd have been shouting louder
oh well, it'll make it easier to overtake cars if they're going 10mph slower
