Thinking back to the useless days in school of "personal, social, health education" we watched a video on drugs, and one of the stories was of a girl who nearly died from a heroin overdose (she went to a hospital and was crital, but recovered).
I asked the question 'would she be arrested for use and posession after she recovered because it was clear what she overdosed from?'. The teacher never knew the answer and i just remembered it today and was wondering.
Does anyone know?
