the K2 (2002 model) is the same as your 99 model so presumably they are.

However for clarity the 99-02 and k3 onwards are spec'd for the SVS as 15/44 (sprockets) and 525/108 link for the chain.

For the naked it's 15/45 & 525/110.

So make sure you check the numbers.
