Well, as I said in my post before I edited it, no cream or anything on a moist burn. as it's smaller than the palm of your hand though, no need for A&E, but you do need to protect it as warmth and moisture is a breeding ground for bacteria and infection.

So.......wrap it in cling film and get it checked by your doctor just to be on the safe side.
